Want a van that’s warmer, quieter and just nicer to be in? Our Van Insulation Bundle takes the guesswork out of lining and insulating your camper. We’ve bundled together all of our best-selling insulation products - pre-measured for four van sizes so you can get stuck in without worrying about what or how much to order.

We’ve been building and lining vans for years (including our own family campervans) and this is the system we wish we’d had when we started out. It works, it lasts, and it’s easy.

What’s Inside

1. Kiravans Sound Blocker Sheets (2 mm)
What it does: This is your vibration killer. Self-adhesive butyl-rubber mats that go onto the big flat metal panels. It's the first step of insulating your van. They deaden that hollow “tinny” sound and stop your van acting like a drum. 

2. Thermo-Acoustic Foam (7–8 mm, foil-backed, self adhesive)
What it does: Think of this as your noise and heat shield. It sticks straight on top of the Sound Blocker (or metal) and works in two ways: reduces road noise even further and reflects heat back into your van. It's made from closed-cell foam which means no water absorption or damp smells.

3. Thermal Fill Polyester Insulation (35 mm)
What it does: This is your van’s “puffer jacket” layer. It’s soft, fluffy and traps air to stop heat loss. Stuff it gently and loosely (do not flatten) into wall and roof cavities to get rid of cold spots. Light and easy to handle - there's no messy fibreglass or itchy hands. (Use the high-temp adhesive spray to hold it in place.)

4. Gold Foil Underfloor Insulation
What it does: This is your underfloor heat layer. It smooths out minor bumps under the ply, cuts road vibrations from below and adds a moisture barrier so your floor stays dry. Lightweight, flame-retardant and easy to fit. (Self-adhesive – sticks by itself, with a little extra spray adhesive included just in case.)

5. High-Temperature Adhesive Spray
What it does: Our go-to spray for fixing the Thermal Fill securely, rated to 90 °C. We’ve included exactly the right number of cans for your van size so you can secure the fluffy insulation wherever needed without any guesswork.
