Refund policy
Kiravans provide a comprehensive no quibble returns policy. You can return any purchase, for any reason, up to 90 days after purchase, for an exchange or refund.
To return an item
Use our self-service portal to (very) quickly sort out a problem with your order ( Returns - Damages - Delivery issues - Order changes - Installation queries - in fact just about anything at all to do with a recent order).
This is by far the fastest way to get a solution to these problems & it works 24 hours a day
Terms and Conditions
- We can only offer refunds on items purchased directly from us. If you have bought a Kiravans product through a reseller / conversion firm, then please contact them directly.
- All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging so that we can still sell them as new (unless they arrived already damaged).
- Items older than 90 days from purchase date will only be accepted for return under the terms of the 3 year warranty.
- It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely and in 'as new' condition. If items are not re-sellable 'as new' then we will not be able to process a refund of the complete cost.
3 Year Warranty
All items purchased from Kiravans come with a 3 year guarantee. Assuming normal and reasonable use, should the product become defective within 3 years, please contact us using the chat, or email us at help@kiravans.co.uk to arrange a replacement. Please provide your original purchase details (order number / address).
Exceptions: The 3 year warranty does not apply to Leisure Batteries. The manufacturer provides a separate 1 year warranty on these items.
