Now that the lockdown is starting to ease slightly in England and the rest of Europe, I thought we’d show you what’s been keeping us busy...or rather Mike more to the point :)
Our vac-forming company has been fantastic, particularly in recent weeks - Ritchie and his team have managed to keep the wheels turning for us, so we wanted to try and drum up some more work to support them…. Last month we figured out that there’s a 30 second limit on many social media videos… so the first video has been edited down to 30 seconds. Hopefully, it clearly shows how simple our Door Store is to fit.

Customer Warehouse Collections: They're back! Thanks for your patience with us during these difficult weeks. The good news is that we are now ready to open back up for customer collections! Important changes are noted below: In order for this to be a success, we kindly ask that all customers respect social distancing guidelines by always keeping a safe distance of at least 2 metres. Please also remain outside of the warehouse at all times. It's really important to us that our warehouse staff and customers are kept safe.
UK Couriers: All good. However Parcel Force XL48 service is still suspended, so we can not ship Reimo Multirails just now. Sorry, but this one is out of our hands for the moment.
Product Availability: Lining fabrics & window trim are in. T4 double swivels & T5/T6 RIB single swivels due any day now. Thanks for your patience :)
No Quibble Returns: Just a reminder that we have a very straightforward approach to customer returns....we don’t ever quibble! Please just be aware that it may take a few extra days for us to process the return at this end.
